What does every dancer want more than anything? More flexibility! Dancers learn the anatomy and physiology of muscle tissue and stretching mechanics. Instructors discuss how to avoid common pitfalls and dispel stretching myths based on the latest scientific research! Above all, students learn how to “stretch safe” in order to curb future damage to joints and ligaments and avoid developing injurious movement patterns. A definite must for any dancer! Please bring a towel and a yoga mat if you have one.
